
ABOUT
Mark C. Musa is the Senior Managing Director at Musa Consulting Group, LLC (“MCG”). Prior to forming MCG, Mr. Musa was a forensic economist with Simon Consulting. Mr. Musa also worked as a forensic economist with Navigant Consulting, Inc., a global consulting firm. Mr. Musa consults on economic damages pertaining to personal injury, commercial litigation, probate litigation, financial investigations, and divorce matters involving complex economic, financial, and accounting issues. Mr. Musa is a member of the National Association of Forensic Economics and the American Academy of Economic and Financial Experts.
Mr. Musa has comprehensive experience in supervising and analyzing claims for economic damages in a variety of matters involving personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, wrongful termination, lost profits, business interruption, breach of contract, probate litigation and the misappropriation of assets. Mr. Musa has assisted attorneys and their clients in preparation for discovery, deposition, and trial.
Mr. Musa has provided expert testimony on numerous occasions in federal and state court matters and at arbitration. He has communicated findings at mediations and has made presentations on economic damages to law firms.
